ACCESSIBILITY

STATEMENT

Last updated: 27th August 2026

At Onna, we want everyone to be able to use our website easily, regardless of ability. This statement explains what we've done to support accessibility and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognised standard for web accessibility, and we work towards this on an ongoing basis. We can't guarantee every part of our website meets this standard at all times, but accessibility is something we actively care about and keep improving.

What we've done

Our website is built on Squarespace, which includes a number of built-in accessibility features that we rely on and configure, including:

  • Colour-contrast controls, set to meet WCAG guidelines

  • Alt text on our images, so screen readers can describe them

  • Captions and transcripts for video and audio content

  • Motion-safe options for animations

  • Clear, labelled form fields, including at checkout

  • Semantic heading structure and keyboard navigation support

Booking and payments

Session bookings and payments are processed by Momence — a separate service with their own accessibility features. If you run into a barrier using Momence during your membership, please let us know (see below) and we'll do what we can to help, including offering an alternative way to book or pay.

Ongoing work

We review our website's accessibility from time to time and welcome the chance to improve it. No website is perfect, and we treat accessibility as continuous work rather than a box we've ticked once.

Tell us if something isn't working

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or have feedback on how we can make it more accessible, please contact us:

Please let us know the page you were on and the problem you experienced, so we can look into it. We aim to respond within five working days.
