ONNA FAQS
Your Questions, Answered
-
We currently work with perimenopause nutritionists, movement and fitness coaches, sleep consultants, pelvic physiotherapists, psychotherapists, and intimacy coaches.
Your Onna membership includes access to all of these specialists on a one-to-one personal coaching basis.
-
Becoming an Onna member is simple. Just click to Join and follow the membership sign up instructions to start your monthly subscription. Your membership is active from the day you subscribe and complete payment, and you login with the account you created to sign up.
Once logged in, you will be able to book your sessions via the Members Book Appointment page, and also via your Momence account, where you can also check how many session credits you have remaining that month.
-
Your membership includes four, 45-minute long sessions, per subscription month. This equates to approximately one session per week, however you may use the sessions as and when you choose. For example, you may book all four in one week, if you desired, or book as and when you need.
-
The core benefit of being an Onna Member is the flexibility we offer, providing you the complete freedom to choose to work with any specialist, depending on your personal needs and preferences.
Each specialist has a recommended way of working with them, which we advise you follow for the maximum benefit and lasting change from your coaching. For example, a nutritionist will do an initial review, provide a hormone-conscious plan for your dietary needs and support you to implement this, and check in with you to adjust as necessary every 2-4 weeks.
Alongside this, we welcome and encourage you to utilise the specialists in a holistic manner, based on your evolving and predominant needs. Say you had some nights of poor sleep but were generally managing well, and just wanted some support to understand this better, you could schedule your next available session with a sleep consultant for initial advice, and a follow-up if and when needed.
-
We will endeavor to book you in with the same person, per specialism, eg. physiotherapist. However, your shared notes will be accessible and reviewed by each practitioner you are booked in with, so it is not necessary to be the same person to still receive the best continuous support. When you book, this will as standard match you with the same specialist if they are available.
If you are booked in with a different provider, or for any reason would like to change, then just pop us an email in good time prior to your booking and we will sort this for you.
-
No, we are based in the UK, and that is the time zone our practitioners primarily work in, however we welcome members from far and wide. Please do let us know when joining, so we can make extra sure we can support you in your home, just in case we need any extra paperwork!
-
No problem, your membership includes a one session rollover. We know some months might be busier than others, or the level of support you need may vary, so we welcome you to adjust the number of sessions you need per month between three to five depending on your personal preferences. If there you would like a different number of sessions or particular specialists, please contact us about a bespoke membership, where we can tailor this to your needs and preferences.
-
We offer bespoke plans, where we create a decided team of specialists and session frequency plan for you, depending on your individual needs. To accommodate this for you, please contact us for more details at memberships@withonna.com.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email us at: support@withonna.com.

You're not! We ask you to have a mindset of at least 3 months so we can build sustainable habits, but you are free to leave at any time. Typically, our members will adapt their sessions to meet their evolving perimenopause needs, and find huge value and comfort in an ongoing membership to have immediate support as new challenges arise. Once you've reached your lifestyle goals, and feel confident in your perimenopause symptom management, we welcome you to move into a bespoke maintenance membership.
Typically, members reach this phase after around 9-12 months of coaching, however this varies based on the specialism and your individual needs. Please do contact us to discuss this further, when you are ready.
-
Of course, we know how it can be, and flexibility is at the heart of Onna. We are happy for you to reschedule or cancel up until 12 hours before your scheduled session time. If for any reason you are repeatedly struggling to get the time in, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help.
-
We encourage you to make the most of your sessions with Onna specialists, and sometimes members like to have their partner/s join the session. That’s absolutely fine, we just recommend that you have 1-2 initial sessions with any given specialist first to get to know you a little and be able to best support both you and your partner/s when they do join.
Please get in touch with us to discuss this further, and we will do our best to accommodate this, we just need to give the given specialist a heads up, and allow for any additional requirements or time their end to ensure you get the most out of your partner session. -
Please reach out to us with some details about your current specialism, perimenopause training and experience, and we will gladly discuss this further with you. You can reach us on: work@withonna.com.
